Lead with Wisdom and Compassion to Create an Exemplary Organization.

Forget notions of gung-ho leaders who dominate proceedings and attempt to win by bending others to their will. The leaders whose followers number in the millions are masters of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ). They behave with wisdom and compassion while maintaining inner and outer peace in any situation.

In this course, Cindy Wigglesworth, the creator of the first competency-based SQ assessment instrument, will help you make the life-changing shift from ego-based behaviors and thought processes to operating from your Higher Self. This is not a course about religion or beliefs. This is a course focused on 21 skills to drive your behavior to become a better leader.

You’ll start your journey of self-exploration by discovering what defines you as a leader. You’ll learn about the shift to your Higher Self, the larger, more noble part of your being. Wigglesworth presents detailed background on where SQ fits into the pyramid model of intelligences. Learn the relationship between Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and SQ.

The course will guide you through “spiritual weightlifting,” a serious nine-step process that includes learning to Stop, Observe yourself, Understand deeply and create a Loving response (SOUL). Wigglesworth provides you with a new way to interact with the world by teaching the technique of understanding through re-framing.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

  • The origins of Spiritual Intelligence.
  • The connection between Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence.
  • How to  build emotional self-awareness.
  • Why you need to stop, breathe and ask for help.
  • The technique to achieve better understanding through reframing.

Spiritual Intelligence- worthwhile!

This was a good course that fulfilled its promise to take us through the 21 skills. Cindy is a consummate professional who reflects the ideas of the course in her manner of delivery. I particularly enjoyed the reframing of the skills- into the larger picture, the connections to IQ and EQ, and the constant connections to leadership in real world contexts. Thank you !

She wants to change the world and works for exxon mobile!

She describes herself as idealistic and someone who wants to change the world. She believed that she could do so by improving her IQ...whatever she is implying here. Anyways she moves on to develop her spiritual leadership skills while working at important projects for an oil company! Yes, an oil company! ( A little bit of a contradiction isn't it? ) She mentions that all four bosses that she has worked for at exxon mobile were described by others as spiritual leaders. These guys were either part of the C-suite or executive VP's at exxon mobile. Spiritual leaders that work for an oil company! Right! The concept of spiritual leadership as described is great but Cindy seems a bit delusional when it comes to her former bosses or company! Oil company and spiritual leadership contradict each other at least to this day!
