‚ÄčProtect Your Company from Explosive Visibility.

James Lukaszewski believes that a crisis is the sudden, unexpected creation of victims that generates unplanned visibility. Unfortunately, when a crisis strikes, too many organizations try to plot the perfect, reputation-saving strategy. While the company and its leaders plan, the victims pile up and the organization’s reputation drops by the minute. In this course you will learn the strategies necessary to help your organization and your leadership team create a state of readiness to handle any crisis.

This course is intended for individuals who need to help leaders prepare to react in a crisis. You will learn about the types of crises that strike organizations. You’ll learn about the state of today’s CEOs and the realities that leaders face. In addition, you will gain the knowledge that helps create a culture of readiness. The course concludes with a class on building a successful crisis plan, including a case study of an actual crisis scenario.

Once you've completed this course, don’t forget to check out Mr. Lukaszewski's companion course, Crisis Response Skills.

Frustrating

I was frustrated to hear right at the end of class 4 that class 5 contains lots of practical information about what to do when crisis hits, but is not included in this course. Class 2 didn't feel particularly relevant either. Also didn't fully understand the relevance of examples of members of staff killing their partners - hardly your typical crisis scenario. I'd also have liked the downloadable content to be more clearly linked to the subjects of the classes.

Excellent course

This is an excellent course! I was not aware of the educational service, SoundViewPro, prior to my searching online for resources developed by Jim Lukaszewski, and have been impressed with the 'user friendliness' of the course system. I may choose to come back and purchase/unlock the additional resources, but allowing access to the videos is what 'entices me' to considering the 'pay-to-play' option. Thanks!
